Last time I wrote, I talked about the history of Baal worship from the beginning of time on down unfortunately, until today.  In the Old Testament days it was out in the open, but in our day it is more out of sight but still very much alive.

I also mentioned the effect of the Church leaving culture in the 1980’s and 90’s.  The eschatology of that time was Jesus is coming at any moment, so hunker down, remove yourself from the world and get ready.  I think we can all agree that this didn’t bring our society into anything good.  Most of us removed ourselves from “the world” and the standard that we were supposed to be was removed.

Look at Isaiah 62:10: “Go through, go through the gates; clear the way for the people; build up, build up the highway; remove the stones, lift up a standard over the peoples.” Do you know what the word “standard” means in the Hebrew?  It means a flag, sail, signal, token, to gleam from afar, to be conspicuous as a signal, to raise a beacon.  In my mind I see this as the flag sitting in the hole at the end of the fairway when you play golf.  You look for the flag before you hit the ball off the tee so you know where you are aiming.  Another image I see in my mind’s eye is a beacon shining bright on the top of the lighthouse so ships out in the dark stormy waves know when land is near or even what direction they want to head to get to shore.  We are to be this standard and we abandoned our positions to hunker down and wait for the return of Christ.

I also have been drawn to the verses right above Isaiah 62:10.  Isaiah 62:6-7 are directed at us too.  It says, “On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have appointed watchmen; all day and all night they will never keep silent.  You, who remind the Lord, take no rest for yourselves and give Him no rest until He establishes and makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.  Guess what the word “watchmen” means in the Hebrew?  The word means “to hedge about (as with thorns), to guard, to protect, attend to, keep (-er).

It looks like what God had in mind for His people was to be influencers, to safe guard people from the elements of darkness and influence them for the good.  Again, this is hard to do when you have hunkered down and removed yourself from society.  Another element of a watchman, based on Ezekiel 33 is to warn the people.  Verse 6 says, “But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and a sword comes and takes a person from them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require from the watchman’s hand.”

God is talking about warning His people (and also the lost) as verse 11 says, “As I live! Declares the Lord God, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn back, turn back from your evil ways! Why then will you die O house of Israel?” The word watchman here means “to lean forward, to peer into the distance, to observe”; again, to give a heads up to the people, in this case, His people.

So, how do we make a difference in the circumstances we are now in? Going back to Isaiah 62:6, this is a call for intercession.  God said through Isaiah, to “give Him no rest”…this is talking about praying and not stopping until something happens.

Another aspect the Lord has been speaking to me throughout the last few years is identifying the enemy.  He showed me the analogy of the Vietnam War and I had heard it said that it was the first war fought that our soldiers couldn’t readily identify who was the enemy.  Some of the Vietnamese were fighting with our soldiers and some were the enemy.

I’d like to use this analogy to bring a situation to the light.  It is going back to Baal worship and Satanism. In some of my study, I came across some information I’d never heard before.  I believe sharing it here will help some people understand what we are facing.  From the book of Genesis chapter 1 and more in chapter 2, we read about God creating the world and everything in it, including man.  Man was created in the image of God, and then Genesis 4:1 says Eve gave birth to Cain and then Abel.  We would view this to be no big deal; Adam and Eve had two children, Cain and Abel. But what I’ve been finding out is this is not what Satanists believe.

They believe that Cain was conceived by the devil with Eve during the event when she ate the forbidden fruit, and then Abel was conceived by Adam. (I can share more about this if you are interested, but for the sake of time here, I won’t.)  They believe that the devil’s seed killed Adam’s seed when Cain killed Abel. They see this battle as literally the devil and his seed versus God and His seed.  They believe they are from the lineage of Cain, and they hate the lineage of Adam which was created by God. There are these blood-line families living on the earth today and they believe they are descendants from Cain.  These are the people who are Baal worshippers and are killing and sacrificing children to their god, satan. (I just want to clarify here that I’m not saying this is Biblical truth, but this is  what they believe.)

I know this is shocking… I was stunned when I heard this but as I thought about it, a lot of things started making sense. In another post soon I will begin to share more about these blood-line families and what they have been trying to do for centuries, but for now I just want you to think about this with me. We see what is going on in our nation and the world right now as “political”, but I’m here to tell you it’s not.  This is literally darkness versus light, good versus evil, the powers of darkness versus the kingdom of God.

The corruption we are looking at is not Democrat versus Republican.  There has been nefarious activity going on, on both sides of the aisle.  The more I dig, the more is revealed and there have literally been nights where I have not been able to sleep from the things I have discovered.  I won’t go into all of that now but what I will say is the sex trafficking is all a part of this.  Children are being used in despicable ways and it is not ok.

Like I said before, we need to pray!  We need to open our eyes to what’s going on around us and care enough to allow it a place on our radar.  From there God will lead our next steps. 

This morning during worship, I had a revelation and I’d like to share it here.  I was thinking about God and His ways with us versus the devil and what he requires from the ones who follow him.  The devil requires sacrifice, human sacrifice.  From what I’ve read, the most sacred sacrifices are the most innocent, so evidently the younger the better. (How evil is that!)  Satan relishes it when his followers take the most innocent and offer them up to him.

God, on the other hand provided a sacrifice for us.  After Adam and Eve sinned the first animal was offered on their behalf.  He didn’t require one of them to be offered up.  When God tested Abraham and asked him to offer Isaac (the promised child of the covenant) as a sacrifice, God provided a ram caught in a bush for Abraham to offer. I read somewhere that God did this to show Abraham that He didn’t require human sacrifice like the area he had just moved into.  God had led him into the land of Canaan, (Genesis 12:5) where Baal worship was taking place.  He made a point of showing Abraham that he would NEVER expect a person to be sacrificed to Him. God, our loving Father, never wanted His people to experience these kinds of things.  When God sent Jesus to be the final sacrifice for us, He ended the need for animal sacrifice for good, something the devil still requires from his followers to this day except animals are not part of the requirement.

So what we are dealing with here is darkness versus good, satan versus God; in their eyes the children of Cain versus the children of Adam.  We must begin to realize what is going on here. We must begin to ask the Lord how He wants us to respond to what we are learning.  We must begin to take this serious because THEY certainly do.  We have been asleep…we need to wake up.  We have abdicated our role in society to what we perceive as “politics” and that is not the issue at hand.

So, for now, start to do some research on your own like I did, and as I feel led by the Lord, I’ll share more, but it would be better if you discovered these things like I did.  You can start by downloading the search engine called Duck Duck Go.  You will not find much on Google as it’s been censored for I don’t know how long.  Once you use Duck Duck Go you will find out much more.  I found this out when I had heard from an alternative news source at the first of the year that something BIG was happening in Italy.  I went to Google it and guess what?  Nothing was there.  I then looked the same thing up in Duck Duck Go and found out all kinds of information.  We are being kept in the dark on purpose.  It’s time to wake up and find some things out for yourself.

I know this is not pleasant information to learn, but if we don’t get relevant with our times and find out what is really going on, how can we make a difference, spiritually or physically.  We must know what is going on so we can ask the Lord what we are supposed to do. It got this way because we were more interested in “not knowing”.

I’ll be glad to talk to anyone one on one, but again, if you want to know more, do some research.  Start by reading up and listening to Tim Ballard.  You can find him on You Tube and online.  Read what Jim Caviezel has to say about it.  He just made a movie that will be released in the fall called “The Sounds of Freedom”.  It’s based on a true story of Tim Ballard saving a little girl.  This is just the beginning…
